MpegMarvel  is the powerful plug-ins consists of BM MPEG Importer and BM MPEG Compiler for Adobe Premiere™. 
MpegMarvel provides Premiere users real-time import and export capability for MPEG-1/2 streams. Built-in the fastest MPEG long-GOP frame accurate search engine, MpegMarvel supports all of MPEG stream formats including MPEG-2 HD/SD format. 
Users can edit MPEG-1/2 streams seamlessly with any other stream formats supported by Premiere (DV, AVI, MOV, FLC/FLI, WAV and TGA etc.), apply more than one hundred 2D/ 3D transitions, audio editing features and CG features, and output high quality standard MPEG-1/2 format streams in REAL-TIME!
MpegMarvel  also requires no any special hardware. Only a fast multimedia PC with Win98/NT/2000/XP or Windows 2003 operate system and high enough display card, sound card is all you need to make it fully function without any compromise.

· MPEG-1 and MPEG-2 video encoding, supports resolution from CIF/SIF format to SD FULL D1 and MPEG-2 HD format. Supports bit rate from 500Kbps 
     to 50Mbps. Supports VBR and CBR modes, Long-GOP IBP frame based.  

· Supports MPEG-2 4:2:2 stream format. (Optional)
· Supports MPEG-2 Transport stream format, including SPTS & MPTS format streams. (Optional)

· Supports MPEG-2 HDTV  stream format. (Optional)
· MPEG layer 2 audio import/export. AC-3 and MP3 audio Import.

· Built-in multiplexer,  supports MPEG-1 system streams, MPEG-2 program, transport and elementary streams.     
· Support all of MPEG-1/MPEG-2 frame-format streams, including  I-frame, IP-frame and IBP-frame format.

· Aggressive motion search range, from (+/- 80H, +/- 60V) to (+/- 128H, +/- 128V).

· The fastest search engine in the Preview and on TimeLine window.

· Seamlessly mix editing with Qucik Time,  MPEG I/II, DV, AVI, FLC/FLI, image file or sequence, and other streams supported by Premiere, such as MPEG 
     streams encoded by Pinnacle and Matrox boards.

· Supports all transitions, video/audio  non-linear editing features and CG effects of Adobe Premiere 6.x.

· Real-time playback and Preview the transitions and effects in the Preview Window. 

· Real-time output high quality of MPEG streams.

System Requirement
· Minimum Pentium based computer
· Pentium III 550 CPU or higher recommended
· Minimum with 500MB hard disk
· Minimum 128 MB of system memory, 256 MB or higher recommended
· High enough PCI or AGP VGA display card that supports Direct Draw 6.0 or above
· Sound card
· Microsoft Windows 98/XP/NT/2000 or Windows XP/2003 operate system

Note:
MpegMarvel is a software-only based program, the decoder or output speed and quality is only based on your CPU power or the system configuration. 
1) To get the REAL-TIME output MPEG-2 SD FULL D1 streams, you should use dual P4 1.7GHz CPU or higher based system at least; 
2) To get the REAL-TIME output MPEG-2 HDTV streams, you should use P4 3.2GHz CPU or higher based system at least.
